Our approach

CCS in Mt. Kenya Region acknowledges that the poor have assets – in their own skills, social institutions, values and cultures and in their detailed and sophisticated knowledge of their own environment.  We build on this, we help communities to appreciate their resources, encourage people to belief in their own abilities to solve their problems and to work together.

Our Projects

a)    We are working to reduce hunger in three locations in Central Kenya by promoting organic farming systems and dry land farming methods.  See – It can be done – A Transformation story attached separately.
